Ashwinder R. Singh is a real estate leader and former senior banker whose experience—spanning CEO roles at Bhartiya Urban (150+ acre township), JLL Residential, and co-founder of ANAROCK, along with senior positions at Citibank, ICICI, Deutsche Bank, Fullerton Singapore, and Bajaj Housing Finance—has shaped his expertise in structured finance, investments, development, large-scale project execution and proptech.
He is the Co-Chair of CII Real Estate and Vice Chairman & CEO of BCD Group, leading its foray into real estate development while leveraging a 150M SFT construction portfolio.
An industry author, he has written A to Z of Residential Real Estate, Master Residential Real Estate, and Master Commercial Real Estate—books recognized on Shark Tank.
A recipient of multiple awards, including CMO Asia CEO, Indian Icon of Real Estate (2024), and Best Business & Money Author (2024), he served as Mission Chairman for CII’s international real estate delegations to UAE (2024) and Singapore (2025). He advises several startup boards and has delivered 100+ keynotes as a frequent industry speaker.
He is also the founder of OpenHouse, a widely followed real estate newsletter read by industry leaders and investors. He leads with clarity, integrity, and execution excellence—values instilled by his father, an Indian Army war hero.
