I have spent my life building more than projects - what I have really built are trust, dignity, and neighbourhoods that last. Real estate has been my canvas, but people have always been my purpose.

Today, I serve as Vice Chairman & CEO of BCD Group, Chairman of CII’s Real Estate Committee, Advisor to NAR India, and a member of CII’s National Taskforce on Ease of Doing Business. I’ve led delegations to the UAE and Singapore, moderated policy forums with leaders like Nitin Gadkari and Hardeep Singh Puri, and advise boards across PropTech, FinTech, media, and academia.

Some journeys stay with me:

• Launching BCD City, a 70-acre township in Bengaluru.
• Leading Bhartiya City as CEO, one of India’s largest 150-acre integrated developments.
• Co-founding ANAROCK and serving as its first CEO.
• Heading JLL Residential as CEO, where housing became a national conversation.
• Senior stints in global banking (Citibank, Deutsche, ICICI, Fullerton Singapore) and as Group Business Head at Bajaj Housing Finance.

I also write. My Real Estate Trilogy includes a Shark Tank India-featured, award-winning book. And OpenHouse, now India’s most-followed real estate newsletter, is where I share real, unfiltered reflections.

But I measure success with a simpler question: did it last?

That comes from my father, a war hero and martyr, whose legacy of clarity, courage, and simplicity remains my compass.
