Ashwinder R. Singh is Chairman of the CII Real Estate Committee, leading sector-wide dialogue on capital, policy, and cross-border collaboration. He served as Mission Leader for CII’s international delegations to the UAE (2024) and Singapore (2025).
He is Vice Chairman and Strategic Partner at BCD Group, anchoring its expansion into real estate development. He also serves as an Advisor to NAR-India.
His leadership spans decades across residential development, institutional lending, and digital transformation, shaped by CEO roles at Bhartiya Urban, ANAROCK, and JLL Residential and senior banking and finance stints at Citibank, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, Fullerton Singapore, and Bajaj Housing Finance.
He is also the bestselling author of three books on real estate—one of which was featured on Shark Tank India—and a trusted advisor to boards in proptech, fintech, media, and academia.
Ashwinder shares hard-earned insights through OpenHouse, one of India’s most followed real estate newsletters.
