The 3rd Real Estate Learning Mission to London, organised by the CII Northern Region Committee on Real Estate, served as a platform to exchange insights, explore emerging trends and discuss global best practices shaping the future of the sector.

Led by Mr Ashwinder R. Singh, Chairman, CII NR Committee on Real Estate & Vice Chairman, BCD Group, and Mr Sanjay Choudhary, Founder & CEO, Incuspaze, the delegation examined key themes including institutional capital, structured financing, ESG-led development, valuation standards and urban regeneration.

A key highlight was the interaction with HE Mr Vikram K Doraiswami, High Commissioner of India to the UK, who highlighted India’s strong growth trajectory and opportunities for global investors in the country’s evolving real estate and infrastructure landscape.

Engagements with organisations including Värde Partners, CBRE Ltd, Barclays, British Property Federation, Berkeley Group Plc , Grant Thornton UK LLP, RICS, Trowers & Hamlins LLP, and Broadfield UK Law, along with site visits to London Dock and the OWO redevelopment by Hinduja Group Limited Group, provided insights into governance, sustainability, urban regeneration and cross-border investment practices.

The mission reinforced the importance of global collaboration and knowledge exchange in shaping the next phase of India’s real estate growth.
