Real estate has become the most preferred investment asset class for 70% of women in the second half of 2024 whereas their preference for stock market investment has declined to 2% during the same period. According to the latest Anarock Consumer Sentiment Survey from H2 2024, in the H2 2022 edition preference for real estate investment stood at 65% and for the stock market, it was at over 20%.
"Our H2 2024 survey finds the end-use-to-investment ratio for women homebuyers at 69:31 against 79:21 in the H2 2022 edition.
